So, you want to be a DJ ? Before you apply, we need to know that you've got what it takes. Specifically;
  • A broadband internet connection.
  • A microphone.
  • A decent (at least 400 to 500 to start) selection of legal MP3s that are tagged properly.
  • A PC running Windows with Winamp and the Shoutcast DSP plugin installed.
    (While it is possible to stream using other hardware / software combinations, we do not support any of these, so you're on your own)
  • A willingness to comply with our licensing regulations.
We also like our DJs to come from our own community, so if you've never posted on the forums, and never been into our IRC channel, now might be a good time to do those things before applying. That way your application is much more likely to be successful.
